Introduction to Common Sleep Disorder


When we are awake we have loads of tasks to accomplish and things to be done. Then we have plans as per schedule, for the other day. Somewhere in between comes sleep. We sleep to get refreshed and rejuvenating for tougher tasks ahead. Problem is not the tasks waiting to be done but not getting enough sleep what is needed to feel fresh enough to take challenges head on. People suffer loads of problem due to not getting enough sleep. They might be suffering from one of many common sleep disorders.
